John Kyle II and his King Forward LPTV ownership enterprise has agreed to part ways with a low-power TV station serving the Valdosta, Ga., market.  Who is the buyer?

The entity that controls the Daystar network and a TV station owner led by Matthew Davidge have come to terms on an asset sale in Texas that's been submitted for FCC regulatory approval. At the same time, the Daystar parent has a deal in place for a Spokane LPTV property with a different Davidge-led licensee.
