Network Change Notice: REC Spare Callsign List

2026 FM Translator Filing Window. Resources and REC professional services
By admin | 5:11 AM EDT, Fri September 20, 2024

As a part of REC's System40 Project, we have migrated the REC Spare Callsign List application from the current legacy server to the new System40 server.

A part of the project plan is to migrate public facing services that are on the recnet.net domain to recnet.com.

With this, we are making the following URL change:

Former URL New URL
https://recnet.net/calls https://calls.recnet.com

This change is effective immediately.  Those attempting to use the former URL will be automatically redirected to the new URL.  This redirect will remain in place indefinitely unless it is needed for a future service offering.

Those who use Viasat or any other ISP that has violated the spirit of network neutrality by blocking access to the legacy server may now use the new URL to directly reach this resource.

REC apologizes for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for choosing REC.
